Root Cause of Indigestion

Fourth Session
Why Indigestion Is So Common Nowadays
Is it always a digestive tract disease or something else?
Factor that is not usually considered in Western Medicine is, “What is the body trying to tell us?”

Indigestion can be discomfort or pain in your upper abdomen (dyspepsia) or heartburn, fullness after meals,  swelling of the stomach, flatulence, acidity, loss of appetite, nausea and excess gass.

Indigestion is associated with Solar plexus(Manipura Chakra). This is the region where you get prana or energy for the body by absorbing what is important.

Stomach  discards the waste from the excretory organs and even vomits what is poisonous and this is what you are supposed to do with all the inputs from the external world.

Manipura Chakra is blocked by
Ø  Suppressing anger or painful memories of the past which you refuse to  let go.
Ø  Constantly keep worrying about the future.

When the Manipura is imbalanced the digestion process is hampered, the body feels lack of this Prana and the person experiences stomach issues like indigestion, weakness and chronic tiredness.
When your Manipura Chakra is balanced or energized, you naturally feel full of energy,  digestion is strong, you feel spontaneity and power.

HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT HOW TO HEAL FROM WITHIN??
