Fourth Session Why Indigestion Is So Common Nowadays Is it always a digestive tract disease or something else? Factor that is not usually considered in Western Medicine is,  “What is the body trying to tell us?” Indigestion can be discomfort or pain in your upper abdomen (dyspepsia) or heartburn, fullness after meals,   swelling of the stomach, flatulence, acidity, loss of appetite, nausea and excess gass. Indigestion is associated with Solar plexus(Manipura Chakra). This is the region where you get prana or energy for the body by absorbing what is important.
